Noe Perez Matom, a 17-year-old male, went missing on March 3, 2016, from Miami, Florida. Originally from Guatemala, he entered the U.S. as an unaccompanied minor and was placed with a family member under immigration policy. Shortly after, Noe ran away from his residence.
