In early April 2016, the life of 31-year-old Jautoun Baber took a turn that would leave his family searching for answers for years to come. A resident of the Cincinnati, Ohio area, Jautoun was a welder by trade and a dedicated son who had moved back to Forest Park from New Orleans to help care for his ailing grandmother.
