Oulay Vanh Thanavong, a 41-year-old man, was last seen on May 2, 2016, at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a Delta Airlines employee and was attempting to catch a standby flight to California to visit his sick mother. After failing to secure a flight, Oulay left the airport with an unidentified individual. Investigations later revealed that he made it home, as the clothes he wore to the airport were found in his apartment, but he has not been seen or
heard from since.
Oulay did not own a vehicle and often relied on friends or hired drivers for transportation. There were no signs of foul play or any unusual activity at his apartment, and his checking account has shown no activity since his disappearance. Law enforcement continues to seek any information that might shed light on what happened after he returned home.
