Joe Darron Arnold, a 48-year-old man, was last seen on August 25, 2008, in the Stockyards area of Fort Worth, Texas. Arnold was a well-known figure within the homeless community, earning the nickname "Mayor of the Homeless" due to his prominence in that circle. He was last spotted on northwest 25th Street in Fort Worth and was reported missing shortly after.
