At the time of his disappearance, Jack was wearing a black short-sleeved t-shirt, cut-off blue jeans, and white sneakers.
He had distinct features, including a backward "L"-shaped scar on his right cheek and a homemade tattoo of the initials "J O" on his left arm.
Jack resided in Wise County at the time, and investigators believe he may have been taken against his will, though no conclusive evidence has emerged.
