Chester “Chet” LaBar, 37, was last seen on October 2, 2016, at the NYPENN Trade Center in Johnson City, New York. Described as a white male with brown hair, brown eyes, and numerous tattoos, including his name "Chester" on his neck and other designs on his arms and back, LaBar stood between 5'7" and 5'9" and weighed around 135 to 150 pounds. He was wearing a maroon hooded sweater and sneakers at the time of his disappearance and may have been carrying a black backpack.
