In the spring of 1972, a 51-year-old man named Lewis James House embarked on a journey from which he would never return. On the morning of Tuesday, April 18, he departed from his residence in Toccoa, Georgia, with the intention of meeting an acquaintance in Austell, Georgia. The following day, he was reportedly seen at the Sea Drift Motel in Clearwater, Florida. This would be the last known sighting of Lewis House.
