In the winter of 1975, a young man named Richard 'Rick' Dean Evans, aged 21, was preparing for a significant life change. Residing in the coastal town of Lincoln City, Oregon, he had decided to move back to Kennewick, Washington. To assist with the move, he enlisted the help of his younger brother, 15-year-old Gregory Evans.
