Richard "Rick" Evans, aged 21, went missing on February 21, 1975, from Lincoln City, Oregon, alongside his 17-year-old brother Gregory. Richard had been living in Lincoln City and asked his brother to help him move back to Kennewick, Washington. The brothers were supposed to travel together, with Richard preparing for a job interview and Gregory planning to return to school. However, neither of them arrived at their intended destinations, and they were reported missing soon after.
