Daniel Barrios Ramos, a 27-year-old man from McAllen, Texas, was last seen on July 1, 1986. According to reports, he was attempting to cross the Rio Grande near McAllen but never made it to the other side. Described as having brown hair, a thin mustache, and a long scar on one of his thighs, Daniel was approximately 5'5" to 5'10" tall and weighed between 160 to 190 pounds at the time of his disappearance.
