Donna J. Ambrose, age 34, was last seen on November 1, 1989, in the 3100 block of West 73rd Street in Cleveland, Ohio. Despite her disappearance, she was not reported missing until June 18, 1990, nearly seven months later. The reasons for the delay in reporting her missing remain unclear. At the time of her disappearance, Donna was described as 5'8", 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She wore glasses and had pierced ears.
