Jose Montes Ramirez, a 21-year-old man, was last seen on February 1, 1990, in Mendota, California. A known farm worker in the region, Ramirez was last heard from through a letter sent that day. Following this communication, no further contact was made, and he has remained missing ever since. At the time of his disappearance, Ramirez was described as a Hispanic male, with brown curly hair and brown eyes. He stood between 5'7" and 5'8" and weighed around 160 to 170 pounds.
