Manuel Martines, a 19-year-old farm worker, was last seen on January 6, 1999, in Mendota, California. On the evening of his disappearance, Manuel walked out of the house without saying a word while someone inside was watching television. He never returned. Despite being familiar with the local area due to his work, no information has surfaced to explain his sudden disappearance.
