John Peter Fox, aged 36, was last seen on September 21, 1991, in San Francisco, California. He had been residing at the Gates Hazel Motel at the time of his disappearance. The last known person to see Fox was an acquaintance named Kevin, who had previously lived in South Dakota. Despite attempts, law enforcement has been unable to locate Kevin for further questioning regarding Fox's disappearance.
