Douglas Alan Davis, a 39-year-old man from San Marcos, California, was last seen on March 21, 1995. He was known to frequent Palomar Mountain State Park, where he would often go running. On March 25, his vehicle was found abandoned near the park, and witnesses reported that it had been there since the day of his disappearance. At the time, Davis was wearing a black windbreaker, blue jeans, a black baseball cap, and running shoes.
