Carl David Manuel, 78, was last seen on October 5, 2014, near his home on Goliath Road in Coldwater, Mississippi. On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing a plaid maroon flannel shirt and blue jeans. Manuel had a medical condition that could have impaired his judgment, raising concerns about his safety. His family quickly reported him missing, and a Silver Alert was issued.
