In the quiet community of Coldwater, Mississippi, the autumn of 2014 brought a lasting sense of unease for the family of Carl David Manuel. On October 5th, the 78-year-old man was seen near his home on Goliath Road in Tate County. He was dressed in a plaid maroon flannel shirt, possibly with a T-shirt underneath, and blue jeans.
