Cecilia Montes Magdaleno, a 59-year-old woman from El Paso, Texas, was last seen on December 17, 2014, in the 12700 block of Montana Avenue. She has not been heard from since. Her family officially reported her missing on January 12, 2015. At the time of her disappearance, Magdaleno was known to frequent truck stops in central El Paso and Horizon City.
