Cecilia Montes Magdaleno, a 59-year-old woman from El Paso, Texas, was last seen on December 17, 2014, in the 12700 block of Montana Avenue. She has not been heard from since. Her family officially reported her missing on January 12, 2015. At the time of her disappearance, Magdaleno was known to frequent truck stops in central El Paso and Horizon City.
Despite some reported sightings of her in the local area through March 2016, none of these sightings were confirmed, leaving her whereabouts unknown.
Magdaleno has several health concerns, including diabetes, a thyroid condition, and schizophrenia, for which she required medication that she may not have had with her at the time of her disappearance.
