Elizabeth Ann Allen, a 55-year-old woman, was last seen on January 20, 1980, at her apartment in El Paso, Texas. She lived in a second-floor apartment at the Fountain Plaza complex, where she also worked as an assistant manager. On the day of her disappearance, Allen spoke to her sister by phone and may have had breakfast with an unidentified man. After this, she vanished without leaving a note or making any travel plans known to her family.
