Stacey Smart, 51, was last seen on October 12, 2016, in Lewiston, California, where she was living with her boyfriend, Tony Brand. Her disappearance raised alarm when she failed to show up for a planned visit with her daughter on Halloween. Stacey was officially reported missing on November 2, 2016, by her family after they had not heard from her for weeks.
