Gail Deann Skelton, a 26-year-old woman from Stockton, California, went missing on September 26, 1980. That evening, she attended a party at Herman and Helen's Marina, a now-defunct bar located on the Empire Tract, southwest of Lodi. She was last seen wearing a blue plaid flannel shirt and jeans. After the party, she disappeared, and neither she nor her car, a blue 1978 two-door Toyota, were ever found.
