In the winter of 2016, a 33-year-old man named Leobardo Torres-Montellano vanished under unsettling circumstances. On December 24, 2016, he was last known to be near Nogales, Arizona, a city that sits on the border with Mexico. Leobardo, a Hispanic/Latino and White/Caucasian male, was reportedly in the process of crossing into the United States from either Texas or Arizona at the time of his disappearance.
