Rebecca Jane Alsup, 34, was last seen on February 17, 2017, in Williamsville, Missouri, where she lived with her husband, Craig Allen Wood, in a trailer on his parents' property. Rebecca, a double amputee who used both prosthetics and a wheelchair, was dealing with multiple health issues, including a heart condition that required a pacemaker and daily medication.
