David Manley, a 51-year-old man from Windham, Connecticut, was last seen on March 3, 2017. He had left his residence on Jordan Road with the intention of picking up a friend in Montville. David was reported missing by his family four days later, on March 7. Described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and 130 pounds, David had brown hair and hazel eyes.
