Thomas Doolan, a 59-year-old man from New London, Connecticut, was last seen on December 6, 2019. At the time, Doolan was living in a sober living facility on Berkeley Avenue and had been clean for about 18 months. He exchanged text messages with his family that morning, marking the last contact anyone had with him. Later, Doolan left most of his belongings behind at the facility, including his wallet and phone, which was later tracked to multiple locations before it was turned off.
