In the community of West Valley City, Utah, concerns grew for 47-year-old Juan Delgado when he missed a scheduled kidney dialysis appointment on March 21, 2017. This was highly uncharacteristic and immediately raised red flags for those who knew him, given his dependency on these life-sustaining treatments.
