Jose Antonio Sisco-Ramirez, a 4-year-old boy, was last seen on January 26, 2006, in West Valley City, Utah. He was taken by his non-custodial mother, Irama Josefina Ramirez de Sisco, during a 15-day visitation to the U.S. Initially, his mother told Jose’s father, Carlos Jose Ovalles, that they would be visiting relatives in Miami, Florida, and that they would return to Venezuela by February 2006. However, they never returned, and their whereabouts have remained unknown since.
