In the spring of 2017, concern began to grow for the well-being of a 63-year-old man from Waterbury, Connecticut. Steadman Saunders, a Black man with a distinct presence, was a familiar face to those who knew him. He was of a medium build, standing at five feet seven inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds.
