In the late summer of 2004, William 'Billy' Smolinski, Jr., a 31-year-old man from Waterbury, Connecticut, seemingly vanished. On August 24, he asked a neighbor to look after his beloved German Shepherd, Harley, for a few days, explaining he was heading north to look at a car. This was the last time he was seen. When he didn't return as planned, his family's concern grew. They found his truck parked at the end of his driveway, an unusual spot for it, and inside were his walle ...
