Sophie Reeder, a 15-year-old girl from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, disappeared on the night of May 20, 2017. She was last seen on surveillance footage walking alone down West Davie Boulevard near her home. Her father, who she lived with, reported finding her room in a way that suggested she hadn't planned to leave permanently—there was a burning candle, and she had left $300 in cash by her bed.
