Ramon Rico Garcia, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on July 4, 1989, in the city of Orange, California. At the time of his disappearance, Garcia stood 6 feet tall, weighed approximately 150 pounds, and had black hair. He was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, white pants, a gray hat, and white and yellow alligator shoes. He also had a noticeable scar on his chin. Garcia's last known whereabouts were in Orange, and since that day, he has not been seen or heard from.
