Monte Bolton, 27, went missing on January 4, 1992, while exploring Anacapa Island in the Channel Islands National Park with his 21-year-old brother, Bryan. The brothers, who were visiting family for the holidays, took an eight-foot dinghy to explore sea caves. Their dinghy was found full of water, and Bryan's body was discovered inside a cave 24 hours after they were reported missing.
