Missing

Elliot Bill, a 19-year-old from Siracusa, Louisiana, was last seen on April 25, 1994. At the time of his disappearance, he stood 5'9" and weighed 185 pounds. Elliot had distinct features, including gold caps on his upper teeth and a mustache. He had previously undergone surgery on his right big toe. There were unconfirmed reports that he may have been seen in Baton Rouge on the same day, possibly in the company of other men, but these sightings were never verified.
