Valentin Alvarez-Marinez, a 31-year-old Hispanic male, vanished from Carbondale, Pennsylvania, on or around November 1, 2001. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 to 225 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes. When he was last seen, he was reportedly wearing a blue t-shirt, white socks, and black Nike sneakers.
