Francis Smith, a 61-year-old man from Lothian, Maryland, was last seen on April 21, 2013. Smith was known for frequently walking along Bayard Road in the Southern District of Anne Arundel County. He had been reported missing on several occasions prior, as he was known to wander into the woods. His disappearance on this date led to extensive searches, but no signs of Smith have been found. He was approximately 5'8" and weighed around 150-160 pounds at the time.
