Harold Clifton Cooper III, a 20-year-old man, was last seen on August 19, 2001, in Bladensburg, Maryland. He was observed getting into a white four-door 1992 Chevrolet Caprice with an acquaintance in the 3600 block of 55th Avenue. At the time of his disappearance, Cooper was wearing gray sweat shorts, a gray Harley Davidson t-shirt, and black swim shoes. He had plans to visit his grandmother in Virginia but never arrived, and he has not been heard from since.
