On August 22, 2013, William “Billy” McIntyre, a 51-year-old fisherman from Cape Neddick, Maine, went missing after a late-night outing on his fishing vessel, *The Clover*, near Perkins Cove. That evening, McIntyre and several friends, including three women, went out to the bell buoy in the cove after a night of socializing.
