That day, police were called to the Okemah Village Apartments in response to a domestic disturbance. By the time officers arrived at the scene, Justin, a white male standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 220 pounds, had already left and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Justin had brown hair and brown or hazel eyes.
He has several distinct tattoos, including praying hands on his left shoulder, the name 'SALLISAW' on the right side of his chest, and his last name 'WALKER' on the back of one of his arms. Additionally, his left forearm is adorned with a tattoo of flowers and a banner bearing the names 'Kristen Ryliegh Prayleigh Avis.' He also has a scar on his right shoulder and another above one of his eyes.
