Justin Wayne Walker, a 25-year-old father of three, has been missing since July 4, 2016. He was last seen by family members at the Okemah Village Apartments in Okemah, Oklahoma. At the time of his disappearance, Justin was 6'1", weighed 220 pounds, and had brown hair with hazel eyes. He also had several distinctive tattoos, including praying hands on his left shoulder and the name "SALLISAW" on his right chest, among other tattoos with personal significance.
