In the small city of Okemah, Oklahoma, the Fourth of July in 2016 marked the last time 25-year-old Justin Wayne Walker was seen. That day, police were called to the Okemah Village Apartments in response to a domestic disturbance. By the time officers arrived at the scene, Justin, a white male standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 220 pounds, had already left and has not been heard from since.
