Yiear West, a 28-year-old man, went missing on December 9, 2016, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. West, a cook at Outback Steakhouse, was last seen after finishing his shift at 4:30 p.m. He was captured on surveillance cameras walking through the city, stopping at a Wegmans and later at the Corner News convenience store on Coal Street, where he withdrew $200 from an ATM around 6:30 p.m. This was the last confirmed sighting of him.
