Barbara Nave, 80, was last seen on February 8, 2017, near her home in Sumter, South Carolina. Her disappearance is considered highly unusual and concerning. On February 9, her son spoke to her, and she also communicated with a friend and a contractor. When one of her friends went to visit her later that day, they found her front door wide open and her purse inside the house, with money and credit cards untouched.
