On a spring evening in Johnson City, Tennessee, 46-year-old Sebia Archer was last seen at a Shell gas station on May 18, 2017. Witnesses observed the female, who sometimes went by the name Sheba Daniels, leaving the gas station located at the corner of Cherokee Road and Southwest Avenue around 8:30 p.m. She was seen getting into a multi-colored or primer-colored sedan with a tall, slender Black man.
