Charles David Miller, aged 55, was last seen on June 14, 2017, in Orlando, Florida. At the time, he lived in an apartment on West Central Boulevard. Miller, who had a long history of homelessness, was a familiar figure in certain areas along Orange Blossom Trail, frequently visiting locations such as the Citgo Gas Station, Whiskey Burgers, Maggie's Bakery, and the Parliament House.
Despite his transient lifestyle, Miller maintained regular contact with his family, usually calling them every few days. His sudden silence after June 2017 alarmed those close to him.
Miller was struggling with both bipolar disorder and alcoholism, and his mental health issues often led to periods of hospitalization and arrests. At the time of his disappearance, Miller was wearing a Hawaiian shirt with a palm tree print and was carrying a trumpet. He had several distinguishing physical features, including a broken middle finger that healed improperly, missing and blackened teeth, and a circular scar on his inner thigh.
