Charles David Miller, aged 55, was last seen on June 14, 2017, in Orlando, Florida. At the time, he lived in an apartment on West Central Boulevard. Miller, who had a long history of homelessness, was a familiar figure in certain areas along Orange Blossom Trail, frequently visiting locations such as the Citgo Gas Station, Whiskey Burgers, Maggie's Bakery, and the Parliament House.
