Hugo Daniel Hernandez Salala, aged 33, was last seen on July 14, 2017, in McAllen, Texas. His disappearance remains unsolved, with few details emerging in the years since he was last spotted. Hugo is believed to have gone missing in the vicinity between Starr and Jim Hogg Counties, around the areas of Agua Nueva and Santa Elena.
