Sonya Rae Manning, 39, was last seen leaving her residence in Buffalo, New York, on January 21, 2018, around 8:00 p.m. A few days later, her car was found abandoned, covered in snow at Niagara Falls Park. Inside the vehicle, authorities discovered her purse and cell phone, but there was no sign of Sonya.
