On the evening of March 17, 2018, 52-year-old Theresa A. Coen, also known as Tracy, was last heard from while staying at a rental home on Penzance Road in Rockport, Massachusetts. A resident of Charlestown, a neighborhood in Boston, Theresa had been renting the home in the scenic coastal town.
