Robert Evan Sarkkinen, 56, was last seen on May 13, 2018, near his residence in Battleground, Washington, close to Lewisville Park. Sarkkinen, who had mental disabilities and a history of wandering, required diapers and had limited self-care abilities. His disappearance raised immediate concerns due to his condition.
