Rogelio Vicente Vicente, a 17-year-old, was last seen on June 14, 2018, in Laredo, Texas. It is believed that Rogelio was attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas into Laredo, Texas via the Rio Grande at an unknown location. His whereabouts have been unknown since that time, and his case has been listed in national missing persons databases such as NamUs.
