Javier Jimenez-Hernandez, 29 years old, was last seen on July 26, 2018, in Simi Valley, California. On that evening, he was involved in a hit-and-run collision on the eastbound 118 freeway near Kuehner Drive. His vehicle, which sustained damage from the collision, was later found abandoned about five miles away, near a trailhead between Cottonwood Drive and Yosemite Avenue.
