Matthew Jonathan Weaver Jr., a 21-year-old from Simi Valley, California, was last seen on August 10, 2018. On the morning of his disappearance, he was captured on video surveillance driving his silver BMW along the Topanga Tower Motorway, heading toward Rosas Overlook in the Santa Monica Mountains.
