Matthew Jonathan Weaver Jr., a 21-year-old from Simi Valley, California, was last seen on August 10, 2018. On the morning of his disappearance, he was captured on video surveillance driving his silver BMW along the Topanga Tower Motorway, heading toward Rosas Overlook in the Santa Monica Mountains. Around 11:55 a.m., Matthew sent a cryptic text message to a friend, stating that something "crazy" was happening and that he wanted to talk "while I have the chance." This was the ...
