Jesus Fernandez Salazar, 85, was last seen on October 12, 2018, in Oxnard, California. He suffers from diabetes and Alzheimer's disease, which placed him at high risk. On the day he disappeared, he told a friend that his cousin would pick him up to take him to Tijuana. After receiving a phone call, he left the house and vanished shortly afterward.
