Cindy L. Jones, a 27-year-old woman from Wausau, Wisconsin, was last seen on June 29, 1984, following a violent domestic incident with her husband, Norman Jones. A neighbor witnessed Cindy bruised, bloody, and screaming for help. When police arrived, Norman claimed Cindy had left through the back door, and they accepted his explanation without further investigation at the scene. Cindy left behind her three children and has never been heard from again.
