Teresa Moore, aged 29, disappeared on March 20, 1989, alongside her husband, David Bruce Moore, while canoeing near Seabeck, Washington. The couple embarked on a canoe trip without life jackets, which raised significant concerns after their canoe and a single oar were later found during search efforts, but neither of their bodies were recovered.
